It has been many years since I experienced the joy of assembling a jigsaw puzzle. As a kid I hid in my dad's truck and built the puzzles 1/4th at a time. When I had all 4 pieces completed I would take the puzzle into our house and put everything completely together for the first and only time.
After about 10 minutes I would break it down and put it back in its box. It was about the journey not the goal.
Today I enjoyed working on a 1,000 piece puzzle. I'll finish it over the next week. Tomorrow I will post pictures of the progress.
I used to love doing puzzles as a kid too! I think I might have to add this to my list...
