Day 27: Looking at Beauty In the Mundane

Some artists and photographers have a knack for making regular objects look beautiful. It could be a photo of a door knob, but it draws you in for some reason. I like to take pictures of nature, pets, and other things that catch my eye. As I was drinking my coffee, my lipstick left a very noticeable print. I normally wouldn't think anything of it, but suddenly I felt inspired to take a picture of it. I then thought of an article on my blog that Douglas Clark contributed titled, "Everything Has a Story Behind It". I looked at the lipstick on the coffee lid for a good minute or two and just appreciated it for what it was.
