Day 18: Meditate For 1 Hour

It was an unusually busy Saturday with errands and chores, and I found myself feeling drained and losing patience with people. I came home tonight and took a nice warm bath, then decided to meditate for 1 hour. I usually meditate for about 20-30 minutes in the morning when I first wake up, but felt that tonight I needed the 1 hour to fully decompress and let go of some of the negative energy I was feeling.

I came across this 1 hour guided mindfulness meditation on YouTube, which helped me to stay focused on relaxing and diminish the mind chatter...


I started in a sitting position, but after about 15 minutes I felt like lying down. I ended up falling asleep, but then woke up right when the video finished.
