Day 61: Holding a Preemie Infant

Holding a newborn baby is pretty intimidating, and holding a preemie infant is even more nerve wracking. I can't even remember the last time I held a newborn. When my best friend's daughter had her youngest child 10 years ago, I think I was too afraid to hold her.

Little Alexander Jacob (AJ) fussed for two seconds before he fell asleep again in my arms. I can't get over how small and adorable he is.
